Belthangady, July 15, 2025: In a tragic incident, a First Division Assistant at the Belthangady Taluk Office collapsed and died due to a heart attack this morning.

The deceased has been identified as Satish (46), who was serving at the Belthangady Taluk Administrative Complex.

According to sources, Satish was exiting the bathroom after a shower at his rented house in Laila when he suddenly collapsed. He was immediately rushed to the hospital, where doctors confirmed that he had died of a heart attack.

Originally from Hassan district, Satish had been residing in Laila on rent.
He is survived by his wife and a son.
