Belthangady, Feb 05, 2024: Two people waiting for a bus lost their lives after a speeding lorry rammed into them near Gandhi Nagar turn in Ujire on February 4, Sunday afternoon.

One of the deceased has been identified as Kittu. The identity of the other deceased, a woman is yet to be known. Reckless driving by the lorry driver is said to be the cause of the accident.
