Ajai Kumar, Chairman and Managing Director of Corporation Bank has been conferred with the Suryadatta National Lifetime Achievement Award 2013 for excellence in the field of Banking and Finance. The Award is instituted by the Suryadatta Group of Industries, Pune.
Rev. Fr Joseph Peter Tauro, popularly known as Fr J.P. Tauro, who was a priest of the Diocese of Mangalore passed away early morning on February 8, Friday at a private hospital in Mangalore following a cardiac arrest. He was 74. Fr Tauro had served as a priest for the last 48 years.
