Puttur, June 5: A special Forest Police team arrested two persons who were attempting to sell five deer skins at Puttur bus stand. 
The arrested are Hanumanth Valmiki (23) of Garaga and Sugnalli Parerappa (26). Skins of five deer have been confiscated from them.
ASI Naveenchandra Jogi of the Forest Police received a tip off that the duo was planning to sell the deer skin at KSRTC bus stand. The police team immediately conducted a raid, seized the deer skin, and handed over the two to the Puttur Town Police.
