Bengaluru, Jan 3, 2016: Kannada audiences welcomed  New Year 2016, with the Shivarajkumar starrer ’Killing Veerappan’. The movie has released all over Karnataka and overseas.

The biopic of smuggler Veerappan is directed by director  RVG - Ram Gopal Varma who has also given the series of ’Rakta Charitra’. Popular for his movies in Telugu film industry, RGV is making his directorial debut in Kannada with ’Killing Veerappan’.

Killing Veerappan Story:

The movie is all about the life of smuggler’ Veerappan’ who was an infamous bandit. The story hovers around the search for Veerappan by a group of police officers headed by Shivarajkumar, who plays the role of Senthamari Kannan.

Killing Veerappan Performances:

Karunada Chakravarthy, Hatrick Hero Dr Shivarajkumar, again gives a best performance on-screen. The actor shines throughout the movie as a mastermind, astonishing and vigorous Police Officer.

Apart from Shivarajkumar, Sandeep Bhardwaj gets the viewers’ attention in the role of Veerappan. The entire credit goes to make-up artist Vikram Gaikwad and director Ram Gopal Varma for giving a convincing look to the actor, opposite Shivarajkumar.

Actresses Parul Yadav and Yagna Shetty are playing pivotal and powerful characters in the movie. Parul plays the role of Assisant Police Officer and Yagna Shetty plays Muttulakshmi, wife of bandit Veerappan.

National Award-winner Sanchari Vijay lives his role in the action entertainer. Other actors Rajesh Nataranga, Gadda Vijay and many others have given their best performances.
