Udupi: Kota Shrinivas Poojary inaugurates new kitchen of Vishwasada Mane

Udupi, Sept 25, 2012: Muzrai Minister Kota Shrinivas Poojary inaugurated the new kitchen of Vishwasada Mane on September 24, Monday.

Speaking on the occasion, Udupi ZP President Katpady Shankar Poojary said that patients, children, and the aged receive love and care in Vishwasada Mane, owing to which it deserves support.

MLA Lalaji Mendon presided. Elizabeth Sunitha D’Souza presented a report of the activities of Vishwasada Mane, after which a documentary on it was screened.

Pastor Sunil John D’Souza, president of the DGMBC Trust, presented an appeal to Kota Shrinivas Poojary and MLA Lalaji R. Mendon on this occasion. He also felicitated Kota Shrinivas Poojary.

A proposal was made for the construction of a hospital for the poor. Among those present were Innanje GP President Vasanthi Acharya, social worker Leeladhar Shetty, social worker Dr. Roshan Mendonca, and many others.
