Train Captain deployed in Mangaluru – Chennai Mail

Mangaluru, Jan 09: With the aim of helping passengers to resolve their complaints onboard trains, the service of Train Captain will be available from today(09/01/2017) in Train No.12602 Mangaluru-Chennai Mail, which left Mangaluru on 09/01/2017.

This service will be available throughout the journey. Passengers with reserved tickets will be provided with the contact number of Train Captain by SMS at the beginning of their journey.
