Theatre personality Govinda Rao urges students to enjoy reading Shakespeare

Mangalore, Sep 25, 2012: Theatre personality G. K. Govinda Rao voiced his opinion that students should enjoy reading the works of Shakespeare instead of just studying a few of his plays to pass their exams. He was speaking at the inaugural of an exhibition on Shakespeare held by the students of the English Association at University College.

Further voicing his opinions on Shakespeare, he said that students will get addicted to Shakespeare once they start reading and enjoying his works. Admitting that students might find Shakespeare tough as the plays were written several years back, he assured them that they will be happy if they read Shakespeare.
