Mangalore, June 1 : The Parihara and Punah Prathistha Celebrations to achieve the divine grace of Lord Sri Vyasa Raghupathi and the holy blessings of the great Guru Parampara are in progress at Sri Venkataramana Temple, Car Street, Mangalore. It was started on May 24 and will conclude on June 13, 2012.
It is a religious function of utmost importance that the divine grace prevail, resulting in restoration of the holy deities of Sri Samsthan, safely into the divine hands of the Parama Poojya Matadhipathi. This course is in view of all the happenings incurring defame on account of the sinful acts and lapses that occurred during the past few years requiring Parihara measures for wiping off the sin so incurred.
The Parihara rituals will be followed by the Punah Prathistha Celebrations solely intended to achieve the divine grace of Lord Sri Vyasa Raghupathi and the holy blessings of the great Guru Parampara of Sri Samsthan for perpetuating the glory of Sri Samsthan and also the well-being of the G.S.B. Samaj of all places.
As directed by His Holiness the ritualistic aspects of Parihara and the subsequent Punah Prathistha Celebrations will be held during the period from 24.05.2012 to 13.06.2012 at Sri Venkataramana Temple, Car Street, Mangalore.
