Manipal, Feb 22, 2023: A professor of the Manipal School of Architecture was found dead at his residence at Dasharath Nagar. His body was found hanging at his fourth floor flat at a private residential building.

The deceased Ahmed Mirza (38) lived alone. He hailed from Uttar Pradesh. Police suspect that he might have died four days ago. The exact reason for the suicide is not known.

The body has been shifted to the hospital for a post-mortem.
