Mangaluru Street Food Fiesta kicks off

Mangaluru, Jan 25, 2024: The second edition of Mangaluru Street Food Fiesta was inaugurated on January 24, Wednesday by Karnataka Assembly Speaker U T Khader. He lit the traditional lamp to mark the inauguration along with other dignitaries including Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, Mayor Sudhir Shetty Kannur, MLA Vedavyas Kamath and others.

Street Food

The five day event is organized by Kudla Sanskritika Pratishtana and will be held from the Karavali Exhibition Grounds to Canara High School, Urwa, via Narayan Guru Circle and Mannagudda Gurji Circle.

Apart from local delicacies the Fiesta has stalls offering Punjabi, Gujarati, Andhra and North Karnataka delicacies both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

There is also a children’s play zone apart from stages for marriage anniversaries, cultural events and birthday celebrations. The venue also has a selfie counter.
