Mangaluru, Mar 31, 2026: A student died by suicide after jumping from the 12th floor of a building at Casa Grande in Attavar, Mangaluru.


Suicide

The deceased, identified as Sarthak, was a student of KMC. He had come to visit a friend staying in the Casa Grande building at Attavar and had signed in with security before going up to the 12th floor. He reportedly placed his mobile phone aside and then jumped, leading to his death.

Police from Pandeshwar station rushed to the spot. The exact reason for the suicide is yet to be ascertained.
