Mangalore University declares sixth semester UG results

Konaje, July 23, 2025: Mangalore University recently concluded the second, fourth, and sixth semester examinations of all undergraduate courses held during June-July 2025. The evaluation process began on July 2 and is currently underway at four designated evaluation centers.

The evaluation for the sixth semester was completed on July 19. Considering students’ future academic and employment prospects, the university swiftly processed and announced the results of 15,534 students within just three days. The results were officially published on Tuesday, July 22, on the university’s UUCMS portal: www.uucms.karnataka.gov.in.

Mangalore University Vice-Chancellor Prof. P.L. Dharma formally released the results at the Syndicate Hall of the university.

Also present at the event were University Registrar K. Raju Mogaveera, Registrar (Evaluation) Prof. Devendrappa H, Finance Officer Prof. Y. Sangappa, and other university officials.

The results announced include those of the sixth semester students from B.Sc, B.Com, BSW, BCA, BBA, B.Sc (FND), B.Sc (Animation and Visual Effects), B.Sc (Food Technology), B.Sc (Home Science), B.A (HRD), B.Sc (Fashion Design), B.Sc (ID&D), BHM, and BVA programmes. Results of the second and fourth semester of all undergraduate courses, the eighth semester of BHM, B.A (SLP), and non-NEP repeaters will be announced shortly, according to Prof. Devendrappa H.

This year, the university implemented a fully digitized system for marks entry at the evaluation centers, allowing for quicker result processing even during ongoing evaluation. Coordinators, Board Chairpersons, evaluators, and non-teaching staff worked efficiently and in full coordination to complete the evaluation on time and publish the results in record time.

Regarding revaluation, the university will soon issue a separate notification after all results are declared. Students wishing to apply for revaluation can do so by paying the prescribed fee, as mentioned in the official release from the Registrar (Evaluation).
