Kundapur’s PSI injured in road mishap

Kundapur, March 29, 2013 : Revathi, Crime Branch PSI of Kundapur was among the two injured in an accident involving a police jeep and a lorry near the Shastri Park here on March 28, Thursday night. The PSI is learnt to have sustained serious head and neck injuries.
The PSI was on rounds from Kumbhashi to Kundapur when the mishap took place. The driver of the police jeep Rama was also injured in the mishap
.
According to sources the accident took place at around 2 am when Rama in order to avoid collision with an oncoming vehicle, took the jeep towards the left in turn hitting a stationed lorry.
The injured have been admitted to Chinmayi Hospital. Kundapur police have registered a case.
