Konkan Railway revises train schedules for monsoons

Mangalore, June 5, 2013 : The Konkan Railway Corporation Limited  has revised its schedule for trains  in view of monsoons and the revised schedule will be effective till October 31.

From June 10 onwards  Matysagandha Express between Mangalore and Lokamanya Tilak Terminus will leave Mangalore Central station at 12.50 pm instead of 2.45 pm.  Train no. 12134 Mangalore-CST Mumbai will leave the station at 4.45 pm instead of 2 pm.

Train 56641 from Madgaon to Mangalore will leave at 2 pm instead of 1-45 pm. Train no. 12617 Ernakulam-Nizamuddin Mangala Express will leave Ernakulam Junction at 10.45 am instead of 1.05 pm and the departure timings at main stations are as follows: Shoranur (1.05 pm), Calicut (3.05 pm); Kannur (4.55 pm) and Mangalore junction (7.50 pm).

The   Train no 16337/16338 Okha-Ernakulam Bi weekly express will be partially cancelled between Okha and Hapa from June 10 to June 30, in view of monsoons.
