Kasargod, Mar 21, 2013 : Kasargod police have arrested two drug peddlers who were found transporting nearly 110 kg of ganja in an autorickshaw at Honnaoole on March 20, Wednesday.
The arrested are Usman (29) from Talangere and Abdul Khader (44) from Alampady.
The arrests followed a tip off and the operation was led by Circle Inspector CK Sunil Kumar. The ganja was found concealed in gunny bags.
The accused have reportedly confessed that they had brought the ganja from Andhra Pradesh. Sources said more arrests are likely in this case.
