Udupi, Oct 16, 2013: An absurd clash took place while Muslim Community were offering namaz in a building at Nejar, Kallianpur on October 16, Wendesday.


Reportedly, Hindu community had obtained stay order for construction of the mosque eight years ago and the namaz was offered there.

Annoyed by this, the pro-Hindu outfits raised the issue and approached the gram panchayat officials and said that prayer had taken place violating the Court order.


Udupi SP Boralingaiah, DySP Prabhudeva Maane Circle Inspector Maruthi Nayak and other police officials are at the spot to bring the situation under control.
