Fifth anniversary celebrations of Shri Gopalakrishna Temple commence

Mangalore, Apr 19, 2012: The fifth anniversary of the prathishtapana of Shri Gopalakrishna Temple at Shakthi Nagar and the Koti Namarchane planned as part of it was inaugurated on the premises of the temple on April 19 Thursday.
Shri Narendranath Yogishwareshwara Swamiji dedicated the puja items such as coconuts, tulsi leaves, rice, flowers, and vegetables, after which he visited the temple and participated in the pooja.
The procession bearing tulsi leaves and hore kanike commenced at Shri Vaidyanatha Temple and ended at Shri Gopalakrishna Temple. Devotees from all over DK and Udupi participated in the procession.
The Koti Namarchane will be held from April 20 Friday to April 29.
