Mangalore, Sept. 25, 2012: Dr. Mohan Alva, founder and chairman of Alva’s Education Foundation, inaugurated Samprathi 2012, a 2-day national seminar titled “Human Rights Advocacy: An Avenue for Social Change” at Eric Mathaias Hall on September 25, Tuesday.
