District Congress pays tribute to Bondala Jagannath Shetty on his death anniversary

Mangalore, July 31, 2013: To mark the first death anniversary of former Youth Congress President Late Bondala Jagannath Shetty, the District Youth Congress and Senior Congress leaders distributed fruits to  the patients at Lady Goschen Hospital on July 31, Wednesday.

 

The fruit distribution programme was held under the leadership of senior congress leader Suresh Ballal.

District Youth Congress President Mithun Rai said that the Late Bondala Jagannath Shetty was the backbone of the youth Congress and a youth icon. Many youth had joined the party inspired by him, Mithun said.

 Suresh Ballal  said the death of Late Bondala Jagannath Shetty has been a great loss to Congress party and his place and strength can be replaced by none in the party.

Later the Congress leaders paid tribute to Bondala Jagannath Shetty at the District Congress office.
