Cops arrest Madarasa teacher for sexual harassment of student

Kasargod, May 7, 2014 : A teacher of a Madarasa at Manimunda in Kasargod has arrest 1been apprehended after a complaint was lodged against him alleging that  he had sexually harassed one of his students.


The arrested teacher has been identified as Hassan alias Hassainar(47). He is from Mulleria Natekal. However he has been residing at Mogral Puttur Panja since some time.


It is said the incident is learnt to have taken place at Uppala almost 14 days ago.


Sources said the Madarasa teacher was a man of dubious distinction and similar complaints were also heard in the past against him.
