Clavier Estate launches “The Legend” luxury apartment project at Ullal Mastikatte

Mangalore, April 10, 2012: Clavier Estate, a well-known real-estate firm which has already made a name for itself in the hospitality, engineering and tile industry, has launched its prestigious residential project “The Legend” at Mastikatte in Ullal. As the name denotes, The “Legend” will be a luxury eight storied apartment complex which when completed will be the tallest building in Ullal. A model of this project was unveiled by Aboobakker Natekal, entrepreneur and JD(S) leader on April 8, Sunday.

 

 

 

 

“The Legend” will have a total of 34 apartments of two and three bed rooms measuring 1,170 square feet to 1,734 square feet. All modern facilities including a gym and recreational club will be made available at “The Legend.” One of the added attractions of the project is a roof top swimming pool. The apartment complex would be on looking the sea and occupants can have a breathtaking view of the sea from third floor onwards.

“The Legend” is the maiden project of Clavier Estate in Mangalore and it has plans to venture into similar projects at Bajpe and Suratkal in the near future, says Vikram Rai, Director of Clavier Estate.

Nalin Kumar Kateel, MP, UT Khader, MLA, Chandrahas Ullal, Kanachur Monu, entrepreneur, Siddarth Vora, Ajay Philips, Satwik Shetty, Directors Sharun Anchan, Architect,   Chandrahas of Mookambika Constructions, the contractors, were present at the unveiling ceremony of the model of “The Legend.”
