Belthangady, Oct 4, 2025: A tempo traveller overturned while trying to avoid hitting a woman who was crossing the Guruvayankere–Karkala road at Aladangadi on Saturday, August 4.


Tempo overturn



Reports state that the woman was crossing the highway when the speeding tempo traveller approached. To avoid hitting her, the driver swerved the vehicle to the right, lost control, and overturned on the opposite side of the road.

Passengers inside the tempo traveller sustained minor injuries, while the woman also suffered slight bruises.

CCTV footage of the vehicle overturning has since gone viral on social media.
