Arehole Sadashiva Rao’s 10th book released

Mangalore, Oct 10: “Pradakshine,” the 10th work of Arehole Sadashiva Rao, was launched at a special function organized as part of the 10th anniversary celebrations of Kallachhu Publications at the auditorium of St. Aloysius College on Oct 10, Sunday. The programme commenced at sharp 10:10:10 a.m.

The book was released by renowned columnist Theertharama Valalambe. The guest of honour was Narayani Damodar, who spoke on the value of books and urged youth to develop the art of reading and writing. Arehole Sadashiva Rao was felicitated on the occasion. A special talk on Kota Shivaram Karanth’s literature and cultural interests was held in celebration of his birth anniversary.

Senior journalist S. Janardhana presided over the programme. President N. T. Raja, Sitalaxmi Karkikody of Lions Club, scholar M. B. Sadashiva, social worker K. C. Prabhu, and Geetha Nayak were also present for the programme.
