15 year old dies due to dengue at Belthangady

Belthangady, Sep 14, 2016; It is reported that a 15-year-old boy succumbed to dengue in the early hours of Sept 13, Tuesday at Laila in Belthangady.

dengue Naveen, resident of Putrabail in Laila village and son of Chandappa was a class 9 student at Belthangady Government High School.

It is said that he was suffering from dengue from the past few days and was admitted to a private hospital at Budyar.

However, he failed to respond to treatment and succumbed.

Dengue has been raging in the state and action is being taken but prevention is essential.

The people have to be made aware of the symptoms of Dengue . The Government as well as Private Hospitals have to appoint a special team of doctors in cases of Dengue patients .
