Man ’addicted’ to disturbing ’flesh tunnels’ spends £4,000 tearing HOLES

Oct 24, 2015: Joey Miggler has broken the world record for ’the most number of flesh tunnels’.

His unsettling piercings means that 22-year-old is one of the stars in the upcoming book of Guinness World Records.



Mr Miggler is able to fit his forked tongue through 34mm holes in each of his cheeks.

He can even slide a sting of strawberry lace from cheek to cheek - as seen in the video below.

He has eleven ’expanders’ in total all over his face, including his nose and lips.



The body artist received his first piercing when he was 13 years old - a "normal fleshy" in his earlobe.

However, since then he has developed a taste for bizarre body modification and has admitted to feeling "addicted" to his unique pasttime.

Mr Miggler said: "I’m very happy with my flesh tunnels, but I always want to get a new one.



"In the future I want to stretch my face even more - to be the most unique person.

"I just enjoy playing with my body".

He has acquired a grand total of 27 different piercings, as well as six tattoos, an implant and has even had his buttock branded.

Mr Miggler, from Germany, said he usually experiences a week of pain after a new or wider tunnel, but as soon as it has healed, he starts thinking about the next one.

He would even like to get an EYEBALL implant in the future.

Another one of his plans is to stretch his 34mm cheek holes to 40mm.

He confessed he can only take "small bites" when eating food - but insists his tunnels do not affect the rest of his daily life.

His mother is very supportive of his decision to change his body, but he admitted that she does not approve of the giant holes in his cheeks.

He said: "My mother likes most of my modifications and she has supported my decision to look the way I do but she doesn’t think the more extreme things, like my cheeks, are very beautiful."

Mr Miggler has also proved that his face hasn’t created any problems with his love life.

He has been dating an artist and body piercer in recent months.

He added that people on the street are surprisingly kind and respectful - unlike those on social media.

Mr Miggler said: ’When I walk around on the street, people only stare or sometimes ask me questions if they are interested in my jewellery.

"It is only on social networks that they mostly discriminate and offend me."
