Vijayotsava held in Mangaluru to celebrate success of Operation Sindhoora

Mangaluru, May 21, 2025: Following the success of Operation Sindhoora, a victory procession was organized on Tuesday by the Sindhoora Vijayotsava Samiti, Mangaluru. The march took place from PVS Circle to Lalbagh in the city.

Later, during a public meeting held at the Karavali Ground, retired Navy officer Sudhir Pai addressed the gathering, stating that Operation Sindhoora was a significant victory for the Indian Armed Forces. He expressed that every citizen should feel proud of the military and its operations.

The event was presided over by Keshav Nandodi, the coordinator of the Sindhoora Vijayotsava Samiti. Writer Rashmi Samant from Udupi also spoke at the event.

Prominent religious and community leaders who attended included Rajshekharananda Swamiji of Gurupura Vajradehi Math, Gurudevananda Swamiji of Sri Kshetra Odiyur, Swastishree Bhattaraka Panditacharyavarya Swamiji of Moodbidri Jain Math, Vidyananda Saraswati Swamiji of Om Shri Math, Mata Shivajnanamayi Saraswati, Sri Sai Ishwar Guruji of Shankarpura, Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat, Kamala Prabhakar Bhat, VHP state working president Prof. M.B. Puranik, district president H.K. Purushottam, and several MLAs including D. Vedavyas Kamath, Y. Bharath Shetty, Umanath Kotian, Rajesh Naik, Bhagirathi Murulya, and Kishore Kumar. Satish Kumpala, the BJP Dakshina Kannada district president, was also present.
