Mangaluru, May 28, 2025: VHP leader Sharan Pumpwell who was arrested on Tuesday night has been granted bail by the court. The hearing in the case is scheduled to be held today.
Sharan was arrested in connection with the case of calling a DK bundh following the murder of rowdy sheeter Suhas Shetty at Bajpe.
The Kadri Police who had arrested him on Tuesday night had subsequently produced him before the magistrate at the latter’s residence. The magistrate granted him bail.
