Mangalore Today News Network

Uppinangady, Nov 7, 2025: Two individuals have been arrested for allegedly engaging in moral policing against a group of students near Pariyadka, close to Uppinangady.

According to reports, a group of college students — both male and female — were on their way to visit an ailing classmate at his home on November 6, 2025, when the incident occurred. As they were walking towards Pariyadka, two men on a motorcycle intercepted them, questioned their names, college, and hometowns, and objected to students of different communities walking together.
