Udupi : Cop elopes with lady love!

Udupi, Oct 11, 2013 : In an amusing incident reported from the temple town, a DAR personnel on duty at the Udupi Shri Krishna Mutt, has eloped with his lady love on October 10, Thursday.
According to sources, the policeman named Ravindra Hebbar (29) attached to the Kundapur DAR was in love with a girl pursuing her engineering course, since some time. It is learnt, though he was in great haste to marry the girl, her family had delayed the marriage citing financial problems.
Unable to wait any more, Hebbar who applied for leave on Thursday, has gone missing with his sweet heart. It was only when the girl’s family lodged a complaint of missing that it came to light that she had eloped with the cop. Sources said they have entered into wedlock.
