Special Train Between Yesvantpur and Madgaon for Festive Rush

Mangaluru, Oct 19, 2025: To cater to the festive season travel demand, the Konkan Railway has announced the operation of a special express train between Yesvantpur and Madgaon.

Train No. 06267 Yesvantpur–Madgaon Jn. Express Special will depart from Yesvantpur at 12:00 hrs on October 21 (Tuesday) and arrive at Madgaon Jn. at 05:30 hrs the following day. The train will halt at Chikkabanavara, Kunigal, Channarayapatna, Hassan, Sakleshpur, Subrahmanya Road, Kabakaputtur, Bantwal, Surathkal, Mulki, Udupi, Barkur, Kundapur, Mookambika Road Byndoor, Bhatkal, Murdeshwar, Honnavar, Kumta, Gokarna Road, Ankola, and Karwar stations.

Special Train

In the return direction, Train No. 06268 Madgaon Jn.–Bengaluru Cantt. Express Special will depart from Madgaon Jn. at 10:30 hrs on October 22 (Wednesday) and reach Bengaluru Cantt. at 04:30 hrs the next day, with halts at the same stations in reverse order.

The 20-coach special train will consist of two AC 2-Tier coaches, three AC 3-Tier coaches, ten Sleeper coaches, three General coaches, and two Generator cars, the release stated.
