Re-girdering work on Shoranur Bridge: Trains to be regulated

Mangaluru, April 30, 2024: To facilitate re-girdering works of Bridge No 2 between Shoranur Junction and Vallathol Nagar stations in the Palakkad division on various days the following changes were made for the train services.

 

CANCELLATION OF TRAIN SERVICES

1. Train No. 06461 Shoranur Junction – Thrissur Passenger Special journey commencing on 30th April and 02nd May 2024 from Shoranur Junction will be cancelled.

CHANGE OF ORIGINATION OF TRAIN SERVICES

1. Train No. 06017 Shoranur Junction - Ernakulam Junction Special MEMU Express journey commencing on 01st, 03rd, 06th, 07th, 08th, 09th and 10th May 2024 from Shoranur Junction will originate its journey from Vallathol Nagar at its scheduled departure time of 04.42 on the same day. The service of this train between Shoranur Junction and Vallathol Nagar will be cancelled.

2. Train No. 16609 Thrissur - Kannur Express journey commencing on 01st and 03rd May 2024 from Thrissur will originate its journey from Shoranur Junction at its scheduled departure time of 07.30 on the same day. The service of this train between Thrissur and Shoranur Junction will be cancelled.

REGULATION OF TRAIN SERVICES

1. Train No. 12618 Hazrat Nizamuddin Junction – Ernakulam Junction Mangala Lakshadweep Superfast Express journey commencing on 29th April and 01st May 2024 from Hazrat Nizamuddin Junction be regulated by 3 hours 30 minutes en- route.

2. Train No. 22660 Yog Nagari Rishikesh – Kochuveli Weekly Superfast Express journey commencing on 29th April 2024 from Yog Nagari Rishikesh will be regulated by 3 hours 55 minutes en- route.

3. Train No. 22655 Ernakulam Junction - Hazrat Nizamuddin Junction Weekly Superfast Express journey commencing on 01st May 2024 from Thiruvananthapuram Central be regulated by 1 hour 10 minutes en- route.

4. Train No. 16305 Ernakulam Junction - Kannur Express journey commencing on 01st and 03rd May 2024 from Ernakulam Junction will be regulated by 35 minutes en- route.

5. Train No. 16308 Kannur – Alappuzha Express journey commencing on 01st May 2024 from Kannur will be regulated by 30 minutes en- route.

6. Train No. 12218 Chandigarh – Kochuveli Superfast Express journey commencing on 01st May 2024 from Chandigarh will be regulated by 3 hours 35 minutes en- route.

7. Train No. 22149 Ernakulam Junction – Pune Junction Weekly superfast Express journey commencing on 03rd May 2024 from Ernakulam Junction will be regulated by 01 hour 10 minutes en- route.

8. Train No. 12081 Kannur – Thiruvananthapuram Central Janshatabdi Express journey commencing on 03rd May 2024 from Kannur will be regulated by 01 hour 20 minutes en- route.

9. Train No. 12618 Hazrat Nizamuddin Junction – Ernakulam Junction Mangala Lakshadweep Superfast Express journey commencing on 02nd and 03rd May 2024 from Hazrat Nizamuddin Junction be regulated by 1 hour 40 minutes en- route.

10. Train No. 12218 Chandigarh – Kochuveli Superfast Express journey commencing on 03rd May 2024 from Chandigarh will be regulated by 1 hour 20 minutes en- route.
