Mangaluru, June 19, 2016: A recently married physically challenged man from Kolya  was allegedly run over by a train  near Tokkottu  on June 18, Saturday afternoon.

The deceased has been identified as Prashanth Moolya (35), a resident of Saraswathi Colony in Kolya. He was an employee of Someshwar Panchayat library and also worked as a pigmy deposit collector.  The mishap reportedly took place when he was returning from Tokkottu. He was married  just two months ago and was the only son of his parents.

Mangaluru Railway police are investigating the case.

Why do people risk their life . So many train accidents take place but still repeat the same and get crushed under thewheels unknowingly.
