Mangaluru, May 30, 2026: The special train service operating between Mangaluru and Surat will now continue as a regular bi-weekly service.
The train, which was earlier operating as a special service under train numbers 09057/09058 between Surat and Mangaluru Junction, will be converted into a regular service and operated under train numbers 19057/19058 from June 3 onwards.

Train 19057 will depart from Surat at 7.35 pm every Wednesday and Sunday from June 3 and arrive at Mangaluru Junction at 7.45 pm the following day.
Similarly, train 19058 will leave Mangaluru Junction at 10.30 pm every Thursday and Monday from June 4 and reach Surat at 11.45 pm the next day.
The train will halt at several major stations, including Udhna, Valsad, Vapi, Vasai Road, Panvel, Roha, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Sawantwadi Road, Thivim, Madgaon, Karwar, Ankola, Gokarna Road, Kumta, Murdeshwar, Bhatkal, Byndoor (Mookambika Road), Kundapura, Udupi, Mulki, and Surathkal.
The service will comprise 20 coaches, including eight AC coaches, six sleeper coaches, four general coaches, and two SLRD coaches.
