Mangalore, Jan 15, 2012: The foundation laying ceremony of ‘Maurishka Palace’, the magnum opus project of Land Trades, Mangalore, was held today, January 15, 2012. Y. Abdullah Kunhi, Chancellor, Yenopoya University laid the foundation stone for the first tower while Ramesh Kumar, Managing Director, Janatha Construction did it for the second tower.

Krishna Palemar, District in-charge minister, released the project brochure and unveiled the building elevation. Speaking on the occasion, he lauded the quality and elegance of all projects promoted by Shrinath Hebbar, proprietor of Land Trades. He recollected the days when Shrinath was working with him in Land Links. “Shrinath is a perfectionist: quality conscious and sincere in his dealings. I am sure ‘Maurishka Palace’, the mega project of Land Trades would be the preeminent residential complex in Mangalore,” he said.
