Dharmasthala burial case: Complainant appears before SIT office in Mallikatte

Mangaluru, July 26, 2025: In connection with the case of hundreds of bodies allegedly buried in Dharmasthala, the complainant appeared before the SIT office in Mallikatte.

 

 

 

The complainant arrived discreetly in a Desire car along with two lawyers. Following his arrival, DIG Anucheth, who is set to hold a meeting with the SIT officials, also reached the office.

Officers from the investigation team have gathered at the Mallikatte SIT office, with the case’s Investigating Officer Jitendra Dayam present. It is learned that officials from Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, and Uttara Kannada districts have been assigned to the investigation, including inspectors from Dharmasthala, SI, Mulki, and Byndoor, along with over 20 staff members.
