The IGP was delivering a talk on the topic “Coastal Security and Law and Order,” at the Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industries (KCCI). Speaking on DK’s terrorist problems, he said that the need to curb terrorism in the district is great and that the police department must put in special efforts to do so, for which it requires the help of an ATS, which is specially trained to fight terrorism.
