Body of youth who drowned in Beejadi traced in Karwar

Karwar, June 25, 2024: The body of a youth who had drowned in the sea at Beejadi of Kundapur taluk last Wednesday was traced at Karwar beach in Uttara Kannada district on Tuesday morning.
The deceased is T R Yogish (23) from Tipatur. On June 19, Yogish along with Sandeep had been to the beach when Yogish was washed away. Though Sandeep rushed to the rescue of his friend, it was of no avail and locals had to eventually rescue him. But Yogish could not be traced despite a hectic search.
