April 05, 2021:      In a post on Instagram earlier this week, Malaika Arora shared notes about three yoga asanas “that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and healthy.”

The three yoga poses will help in improving flexibility and will stretch your muscles and increase your range of motion.

 


WHAT ARE THE THREE YOGA ASANAS THAT MALAIKA ARORA SHARED?

The three yoga asanas that Malaika posted about are Anjaneyasana, Parsvottanasana and Trikonasana. “Practice these poses regularly and you will see an improvement in your flexibility,” Malaika said in her post on Instagram.

WHAT IS ANJANEYASANA?

Also known as the Low Lunge Pose, Anjaneyasana helps in “improving flexibility around your shoulders and neck. This pose gives a deep stretch to the hips also helps to open the chest and shoulders,” as explained by Malaika.

WHAT IS PARSVOTTANASANA?


The Intense Side Stretch Pose, or Parsvottanasana, is a pose that will improve your strength and stability along with flexibility. “As it stretches and lengthens the spine and the back of the legs, it also stimulates digestion.”

WHAT IS TRIKONASANA?

Trikonasana, the Triangle Pose, is an “amazing stretching exercise as it helps to improve flexibility in your spine and pelvic region. This pose will help you develop strength and balance too.”

Malaika Arora, an ardent fitness enthusiast, posts about yoga and workouts on Instagram frequently. Workwise, she is best known for her special dance numbers such as Chaiyya Chaiyya (Dil Se) and Munni Badnaam Hui (Dabangg).
