Udupi: Two arrested for attempting to sell MDMA

Udupi, Sep 19, 2025: Padubidri police have arrested two persons who were allegedly attempting to sell the narcotic drug MDMA at a ground on Uchila Polya Road in Bada village near Padubidri.
A case has been registered under the Narcotic Drugs Prohibition Act. The arrested have been identified as Farhan (27), a resident near Pakirnakatte Mosque in Mallaru village, and Mohammed Hasim (21), a resident of Kombagudde in Kaup.
Police seized 9.37 grams of MDMA tablets worth about ₹30,000, ₹5,000 in cash, a mobile phone, and the motorcycle used by the accused.
