Mangalore, June 11, 2012 : Swaroopa Childhood Centre and Basic Family School was inaugurated at Abhayashraya in Kodialbail in Mangalore on Sunday.
The objectives of the school are to provide opportunities for children to improve their memory skills and abilities to learn, innovative learning material, and excellent teacher-student relationship.
Chakravarthi Sulibele, convener of Jago Bharat, addressed the gathering on the occasion and said that the modern education system considers all students who score less marks as useless while actually they are the most talented students. Speaking of how several school dropouts have achieved great success in life, he said that parents and teachers are training their children to get lucrative jobs in companies and totally ignoring the fact that each child is capable of exploring potentials and carving a niche for him/herself.
Scholar Hiremagalur Kannan, Swaroopa Director Gopadkar, and his wife Sumadkar were also present.
