Sullia: Man dies after stepping on snapped electric wire

Sullia, July 10, 2025: A tragic incident occurred at Kallapane in Kodiyala village, where a man died after coming into contact with a snapped live electric wire while on his way home.
The deceased has been identified as Divakara Acharya (45) of Kallapane. He accidentally stepped on a broken electric wire lying on the path, resulting in a fatal electric shock. His body was taken to the Sullia Government Hospital for post-mortem examination and later handed over to his family.
