Mangalore, Oct 10, 2011: Land Trades, the city’s leading builders and developers have launched ‘Ourania’, their new project at Kadri Toll Gate, opposite Jimmy’s supermarket.

The foundation laying ceremony took place this morning at 7:30 am.

Land Trades proprietor Srinath Hebbar, engineers Mohan Amin, Baba Alankar, Manmohan Malli of Abhiman Construction, senior journalist Manohar Prasad, architect Peter Paul, Dr B H Krishna Moorthy and Lancy D’Souza (project consulatant) were present on the occasion.

The project comprises of both residential and commercial space. The ground plus four storey structure features 16 luxury apartments. It is crafted to architectural perfection and is well planned to address all the lifestyle needs of the residents. The ground floor is reserved for commercial space and each of the upper storeys consist of two apartments of 3-bedroom and two apartments of 2-bedroom.
