Mangaluru, Oct 20, 2021: The much awaited inauguration of Land Trades Habitat One54 residential apartment complex situated at Derebail in the city took place this morning with the unveiling of the plaque by eminent orthopedic surgeon and pro chancellor of Nitte Deemed to be University, Dr. M. Shantharam Shetty. Addressing the gathering Dr. M. Shantharam Shetty congratulated Land Trades and its managing director Sri K. Shrinath Hebbar. “Shrinath Hebbar has added numerous notable landmarks like Maurishka Palace and Solitaire to the skyline of Mangalore. The company’s team is highly motivated and quality conscious,” he observed.

Police Commissioner Sri N. Shashi Kumar, who was a guest of honour said that acquiring a house of one’s own is dream fulfillment for the people. “Having a home is a life achievement. I congratulate all the residents,” he said. Forner mayor and the ward corporator Sri M. Shashidar Hegde said that Derebail is well developed locality with all required civic infrastructure. MUDA Chairman Sri Ravishankar Mijar informed about MUDA’s plans to increase the green cover and make Mangalore a ‘fruit city’ by planting fruit bearing trees. He said Mangalore presently has about 300 water bodies and presently there was a proposal to conserve 15 lakes and ponds.
