Kasargod, July 22, 2019: With heavy rains lashing Kasargod district since the past few days, the district administration has declared a holiday for schools and colleges in the district on July 23, Tuesday too.

Holiday was earlier declared for educational institutions in the district on Monday.
A Red Alert has also been issued across the district in view of the heavy rains.
