Karkala: 1 dead; 3 injured as two bikes collide

Karkala, April 29, 2023: A bike rider died and three others sustained injuries in a collision between two bikes at Bailoor in Karkala taluk on April 28, Friday evening.
The deceased is Ramesh Acharya of Yarlappady Kantharagoli. His wife Shakuntala and the riders of another bike, Sudhir and David have been injured.
The impact of the collision was such that riders of both the bikes fell on the road. Ramesh Acharya died on the spot.
All the three injured have been admitted to KMC Hospital, Manipal.
