Foundation stone laid for renovation at Vishwanath Kshethra

Udupi, Sep 10, 2012 : Brahmashree Prakashananda Swamiji of Shivagiri Mutt laid the foundation stone for the renovation of Vishwanath Kshethra in Katpady on September 10, Sunday.

Addressing the gathering, D. V. Sadananda Gowda said that the Hindu community sees god in everything and respects all human beings because of the god present in them. The Hindu community reveres the principles of Brahma Shree Narayan Guru Swamiji, he added. Later, he offered Musti Kanike.

MP Jayaprakash Hegde inaugurated the science bulletin and ZP President Katpady Shankar Poojary inaugurated the temple website. MLA Lalaji Mendon inaugurated the steam system. Jaya C. Suvarna, president of the National Billawa Mahamandala, presided.
