DC inspects NH works at Kalladka by pillion riding a two-wheeler

Bantwal, June 13, 2024: Deputy Commissioner Mullai Muhilan, on Wednesday  inspected the National Highway works at Kalladka by travelling in a two-wheeler and took stock of the road condition.

It may be recalled here that DK District in-charge Minister Dinesh Gundurao had at a recent progress review meeting, taken the NH officials to task for the sorry state of affairs of the Mangaluru-Bengaluru NH and had ordered that the road must be made motorable within two to three days.

In this backdrop, the DC visited the place by two-wheeler and issued necessary instructions to the K.N.R.C company which is undertaking the works.

Bantwal Tahsildar Archana Bhat, Traffic Police Inspector Sutesh, Revenue Inspector Janardhan and others were present.
