CET document verification process to begin at Sahyadri College on June 5

Mangalore, June 5, 2013 : The Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management at Adyar is one of the 13 CET  helpline centres set up across the state by the Karnataka Examination Authority, informed Jagajeevandas Bhandary, Chief Nodal Officer.

 

Addressing press persons at Sahyadri College, he said  the document  verification process for professional courses under general merit category will bin on June 5 from Rank one onwards.

 On the first day the document verification for ranks upto 2000 will be  done, followed by verification of documents upto 3000 ranks on June 6, 5000 ranks on June 7 and so on.

The helpline centre will function from 8 am onwards and there will be seven counters having a verification officer and computer operator, Bhandary informed. He said for verification of documents students will have to bring two photos, CET admission ticket, SSLC and PUC marks cards, study and income certificates attested by Gazetted officer.

He further said after the verification process is over the candidates will be given an acknowledgment card, verification slip having a login password so that they can log in to the website and choose seat option. They will also be provided an audio visual CD on online counseling process.
