He was addressing the gathering after inaugurating coaching classes for candidates appearing for the Civil Judge Junior Division Examinations, at a function held at the JMFC Court premises here on March 27, Wednesday. Nijagannavar also called upon candidates appearing for the examination to strive to excel and move on to become judges of caliber.

Stating that writing judgments was an art in itself, he urged the candidates to give importance to quality rather than quality.

A ‘Handbook on Judicial Officers (Civil Judge) Examination’ authored by Advocate P C Raghavendra, was released on the occasion by Nijagannavar.
